Returns & Refunds

At Unique Sofa & Beds, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must be in a resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Furniture & Large Items

Due to the nature of furniture and hygiene considerations:

Beds, sofas, and made-to-order furniture are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once delivered, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Mattresses may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the product is unused, unopened, and protective seals remain intact.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items.

For large furniture items, return collection fees may apply.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange collection or replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
• Used or assembled items
• Items without original packaging
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Clearance or sale items unless faulty
