We offer fast and reliable delivery across the UK. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. Our delivery partner will contact you 1–2 days before delivery to confirm a suitable time slot.
Deliveries are made to the front door of residential properties or to the communal entrance for flats. Please note that room-of-choice delivery is not included unless stated otherwise.
Free delivery applies to UK mainland orders. Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote areas and deliveries outside the UK mainland.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must be in a resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of furniture and hygiene considerations, beds, sofas, and made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once delivered, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Mattresses may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and protective seals remain intact.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
